Melbourne has two things to celebrate this week – finally claiming the AFL grand final win after 57 years and a syndicate of 20 Bulleen players scoring division one in the weekend’s TattsLotto draw after 25 years.

The store syndicate held one of the five division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 4193, drawn Saturday 25 September 2021 – each entry pockets $1,303,213.75.

In addition to winning division one, the syndicate’s entry also scored division two 6 times, division three 24 times, division four 150 times, division five 120 times and division six 80 times, boosting their total windfall to $1,420,284.35.

Each of the 20 syndicate members receives a share worth $71,014.23.

So far in 2021, there have been 10 division one wins in East Melbourne collectively worth more than $11.88 million.

Their winning marked System 11 entry was purchased at Bulleen Plaza Newsagency, Shop 21B Bulleen Plaza, 79-109 Manningham Road, Bulleen.

Bulleen Plaza Newsagency manager Jagg Lelon said it was a weekend of celebrations for his team following the exciting division one discovery.

“What a fantastic weekend for us! Our favourite team, the Demons, won the AFL grand final for the first time in 57 years and then our Syndicate, La Dolce Vita, scored division one after 25 years,” he said.

“It’s incredible. We are celebrating these two big events together! We are just so happy.

“Our customers are gobsmacked by this news. We last sold a division one winning entry three months ago, so we feel very lucky.

“We’d love to send our congratulations to our winners. They all deserve it so much and most have been buying into this syndicate for more than a decade, so we couldn’t be happier for them.

“We can’t wait for our next big win.”

The Lott spokesperson Ally Ramsamy said some syndicate members held unregistered entries and might have yet to discover their exciting news.

“This syndicate held one of the five division one winning entries in the weekend’s TattsLotto draw,” she said.

“I can imagine these syndicate members aren’t struggling with any Monday blues after making their exciting division one discovery.

“We will be reaching out to those syndicate members who registered their entries, but there are still some members who have unregistered entries and may not yet know they’re part of this winning group.

“If you purchased a share in a syndicate for the recent TattsLotto draw, today’s the day to check it!  If you discover you’re holding a winning share, call Tatts on 131 868 to start the prize claim process!”

The winning numbers in TattsLotto draw 4193 on 25 September 2021 were 33, 29, 36, 40, 6 and 28, while the supplementary numbers were 43 and 26.
